The company was set up in by Claire Burt a few years ago and as well as being served in Michelin-starred restaurants, Claire’s range has been listed in the highly acclaimed World Cheese Book. Add to this a raft of awards and glowing reviews from Observer Food Monthly and esteemed recommendations from the likes of Sir Terry Wogan and Sir Chris Hoy – and Burt’s Cheese is going from strength to strength.
